We cut out the middleman and go directly to the diamond cutters, not only to provide our customers with substantial savings, but also to ensure that our diamonds are of the highest quality. We control the entire process from the rough stone to the polished gem.

With each certified diamond, our customers receive an appraisal and a certification from one of three of the most respected grading labs in the world. GIA, EGL USA or IGI.

Ari Diamonds highly recommend that customers insure their diamonds and jewelry in case of theft, loss or damage.

Lifetime Warranty Policy

At Ari Diamonds we stand behind our high quality merchandise, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase for decades to come. Our warranty covers all gold, white gold and platinum jewelry and the diamonds/colored stones inset in the rings (this does NOT include center stones). We will happily clean, polish, inspect prongs, provide services and regular maintenance needed due to normal wear on your Ari Diamonds merchandise free of charge for as long as you own your jewelry. We also encourage you to bring in your merchandise for cleaning at any time free of charge.

White gold jewelry requires some additional maintenance as it is naturally tinged with a slight yellow and will dull over time. The process of rhodium plating is what makes the white gold bright white. This procedure requires the ring to be polished completely so the rhodium can adhere. If done too often, this will damage the integrity of your ring. For this purpose we include one rhodium free of charge per year.

Ring sizing is another service that can be potentially damaging to rings if done too frequently. For this reason we include one sizing free of charge per ring.

In order to maintain the validity and benefits of the warranty the stipulations are as follows.

  • Your merchandise must be inspected and signed off by us every six months. This is to ensure that we are able to catch any potential issues and provide the maintenance required for jewelry before any problems arise.
  • Your merchandise cannot be cleaned and or repaired by any other jewelers. If an outside jeweler performs any services on your merchandise we cannot verify or guarantee that it was done properly and thus your warranty is void.
  • The warranty does NOT apply to lost, stolen or *abused merchandise.
  • The warranty only applies to the original owner of the merchandise and is non-transferable in the event of a private selling.

*Many people forget that fine jewelry is delicate and that diamonds are tough, but not unbreakable. Jewelry that is abused (i.e. run over, dropped down the garbage disposal, worn while lifting weights) is highly likely to suffer damage that may be beyond repair. We ask our customers to treat their fine jewelry as such by exercising good maintenance skills and being aware of its valuable nature.
